Perk effect
Each time you hook a Survivor for the first time, if there is at least one Dull Totem, in the environment, Hex: Fortune's Fool activates and lights a Hex Totem: - Causes that Survivor to suffer permanently from the Oblivious Status Effect. - Blocks their Hex Totem from being cleansed by any other Survivor for 90 seconds. - The Aura of their Hex Totem is revealed to the Cursed Survivor within 16 meters. ^(Also known as Hex: Plaything.)
